All Saints’ Episcopal School Flag Football Program

Flag Football at All Saints’ Episcopal School provides students with an exciting and competitive athletic experience that focuses on skill development, teamwork, and character. We proudly offer two teams—Elementary and Middle School—each designed to meet athletes where they are and help them grow both on and off the field.

Elementary Flag Football Team

Our Elementary team introduces young athletes to the fundamentals of flag football in a fun, supportive environment. Players learn essential skills such as passing, catching, running routes, pulling flags, and understanding basic plays and positions. The emphasis is on building confidence, encouraging teamwork, and developing a love for the sport.

Middle School Flag Football Team

The Middle School team offers a more advanced level of play for athletes ready to compete with greater strategy and intensity. Players deepen their understanding of offensive and defensive concepts, refine their technique, and gain experience in structured, competitive gameplay. This team prepares athletes for more advanced sports opportunities as they move toward high school.

Competing in the KISL

Both teams compete in the Knoxville Independent School League (KISL), allowing our athletes to face off against other independent schools in the region. The league provides a consistent schedule, well-organized games, and a positive competitive environment focused on sportsmanship and growth.

Building Skills and Character

At All Saints, our athletic programs are rooted in developing the whole student. Through flag football, athletes learn discipline, leadership, responsibility, and perseverance—qualities that extend far beyond the field. Our coaches strive to create an environment where students feel supported, challenged, and inspired to do their best.
