Frequently Asked Questions

The Annual Fund (Saints' Fund) is All Saints' annual giving program. As with all independent schools, we rely on a combination of tuition and annual giving to support our operating budget. We depend on gifts from our current parents, board of directors, alumni, parents of alumni, grandparents, faculty and staff, and friends of All Saints to help make up the difference between tuition revenue and the full cost of providing the All Saints student experience.

GIVE NOW

All Saints' fiscal year runs from July 1 through June 30. All gifts and pledges are due by June 30 in order to receive credit for a particular campaign year. Donors will be recognized in our Annual Report which is published each fall for their previous fiscal year giving.

GIVE NOW

The Annual Fund provides funds for faculty salaries, professional development, financial aid, and for programmatic needs such as athletic uniforms, musical and play props, and curricular/classroom resources. Because we understand that different areas of school life hold significance to each giver, our Annual Fund program allows you to designate your gift. Support raised through the Annual Fund touches EVERY part of the student experience.

GIVE NOW

We strive to keep our tuition competitive as well as offer the opportunity of an All Saints education to talented students who otherwise may not be able to participate in our community. With a strong Annual Fund, we are able to keep tuition costs more affordable and provide financial aid to deserving students.

GIVE NOW

Each donor, regardless of gift amount, is vital to the success of All Saints. We depend on our families to give as they are able. Annual Fund participation reflects a supportive school community and is a key metric in evaluating our school for prospective families and employees alike. All Saints is fortunate to receive support from certain foundations, but these foundations expect to see strong parent participation when they make grants. Your participation makes an important difference.

Gifts to the annual fund are operational funds that are spent within the same fiscal year the gift is made. Capital or endowment gifts are usually larger donations that go toward projects like new buildings or for endowing programs.

Where would you like to direct your investment?

The Annual Fund Family of Funds supports students and faculty through the school’s operating budget. See below for how your gift may be directed. Should designated contributions exceed the budgeted limit, we will direct the funds to the area of greatest need.

These funds will be used to support the operating budget directly benefiting our students, teachers, programs, and operations. Unrestricted gifts to the operating budget allow the school to use your gift where it is most vitally needed. Approximately 85% of gifts received each year are directed toward the area of greatest need. These gifts provide the school with the necessary flexibility to respond rapidly to changing circumstances and to take advantage of unexpected opportunities.

All Saints is dedicated to inspiring in our students a lifelong love of learning through programs emphasizing skills of collaboration, critical thinking, problem solving, creativity, and global awareness. Great teachers are at the heart of this initiative, and in order to retain and recruit the best teachers, All Saints needs to offer competitive salaries and opportunities for professional growth.

The arts are an integral part of a complete education. Your gift designated toward All Saint’s music and fine arts programs will ensure continued exceptional instruction for students at all grade levels. All Saints is dedicated to starting a theatre program in the near future. Beginning in the ELC and continuing through the middle school, All Saints' students are immersed in activities and endeavors that foster a lifelong appreciation of the arts.

Your gift to spiritual life and philanthropic studies helps All Saints inspire our students to be people of conviction within an inclusive Christian community. At every grade level, students are guided by Christian principles to lead and participate in a variety of intentional service opportunities. These experiences help students develop leadership abilities and important lifelong skills that compel students to lead lives of compassionate global citizenship.

Your gift to All Saints' athletics and wellness programs will help support activities that build physical strength, self-discipline, self-confidence, and collaborative skills, all of which are essential to personal growth. Our coaches are educators, and your support will enable them to continue All Saints' commitment to teamwork, sportsmanship, personal growth, and respect for self and others.

Financial aid plays a critical role in creating a community of students with a diversity of talents, backgrounds, and experiences. Gifts to this fund allow All Saints to seek out students whose values and contributions will strengthen the learning environment at All Saints. Financial aid is awarded to qualified students on a need basis.
