The All Saints' Developmental Sports Programs are specifically designed for our elementary-aged kids that will help play a pivotal role in instilling a wide range of values that extend far beyond the field or court. In this age group we are placing emphasis in learning key values and fundamentals instead of focusing solely about the scoreboard. The values we strive to develop include:

1. **Sportsmanship:** Learning to win and lose graciously, showing respect for opponents, officials, and teammates.

2. **Teamwork:** Understanding the importance of collaboration, cooperation, and supporting one another towards a common goal.

3. **Fair Play:** Embracing honesty, integrity, and adherence to rules, even when no one is watching.

4. **Resilience:** Overcoming challenges, setbacks, and losses, which fosters a sense of determination and perseverance.

5. **Self-Discipline:** Learning to manage one's behavior, emotions, and efforts, both on and off the field.

6. **Respect:** Appreciating diversity and treating all participants, regardless of skill level or background, with respect and kindness.

7. **Responsibility:** Taking ownership of one's actions, showing up on time, and fulfilling commitments to the team.

8. **Communication:** Developing effective communication skills, including active listening and clear expression of ideas.

9. **Conflict Resolution:** Learning how to resolve disagreements and disputes in a constructive and non-confrontational manner.

10. **Empathy:** Understanding the feelings and perspectives of others, fostering a sense of compassion and consideration.

11. **Goal Setting:** Setting and working towards individual and team goals, which encourages ambition and motivation.

12. **Fun and Enjoyment:** Cultivating a love for physical activity and sports, promoting a lifelong interest in health and fitness.

These values are not only essential for success in sports but also serve as a foundation for personal growth, character development, and the ability to navigate the challenges of life beyond the playing field. A well-structured developmental league provides a supportive environment for children to acquire these values and apply them in various aspects of their lives.
